"My friends' parents have jobs, so their families must be better or more blessed than mine."
How it sounds in your head: Everyone else seems fine. Their parents are working and they're going on vacations and getting new stuff. Why is my family the only one struggling? Maybe God likes them more than us. Maybe we're cursed or something. Maybe we're just not as good.

Mephibosheth was crippled, hiding in obscurity in a forgotten place called Lo Debar, while everyone else in the kingdom prospered. He had NOTHING and felt like nobody. Then suddenly, King David sent for him, restored ALL of Saul's land to him, and gave him a permanent seat at the king's table like royalty. One day, forgotten; the next, elevated.
I REFUSE the lie that God loves other families more than mine or that circumstances prove favor. IT IS WRITTEN that there is no partiality with God. We are not forgotten, overlooked, or second-class. If I am in Christ, I am Abraham's seed and an HEIR according to the promise. The BARAK blessing is on my family—we are blessed in the city, in the field, coming in and going out. IT IS WRITTEN that God works all things together for good. This season doesn't define us. Favor is on us. Breakthrough is coming. We are BLESSED.
Your Father doesn't measure His love by job titles or bank accounts. He sees your family with the same fierce, extravagant love He has for every child of His, and He's about to surprise you with provision that has nothing to do with comparison and everything to do with covenant.
