Pain is constant. Relief is temporary. You pray and nothing changes. The suffering feels senseless, and God seems silent or indifferent.
Begged God THREE TIMES to remove his suffering. God said 'My grace is SUFFICIENT' - not 'I'm teaching you through this.' Grace was the answer, and Paul's weakness became the PLACE for God's power to rest. Suffering didn't separate him from God's goodness.
I REFUSE the lie that my suffering is meaningless. IT IS WRITTEN that present suffering can't be COMPARED to coming glory - this isn't the end of my story. God doesn't author pain to teach me lessons; Christ took the CURSE so I could have the BLESSING. IT IS WRITTEN in Isaiah 53:4-5 that by HIS stripes I am healed - healing is covenant promise, not behavior reward. Whether healing comes now or in glory, I am ALREADY whole in Him. His grace is SUFFICIENT this moment, and His strength is perfected in my weakness.
The Father isn't withholding relief to teach you endurance. He's holding you THROUGH the pain, and every tear is collected - suffering is the enemy's work, redemption is God's. Healing is yours by covenant blood.
