The Father isn't waiting for you to 'become strong enough to lead.' He's already placed His Spirit of POWER inside you—full strength, right now, while you still hear her voice of criticism. He's not measuring your leadership by your past conditioning but by His present empowerment. You're already qualified because HE lives in you.
