THE LIE Too Much

"My medical needs and appointments are overwhelming my family's schedule."

How it sounds in your head: Another doctor this week. More tests. Someone has to drive you everywhere. Your daughter rearranges her work for your cardiology appointment. Your son sighs when you mention the specialist. You're monopolizing everyone's calendar with your failing body.

IT IS WRITTEN Philippians 4:19

Enemy whispers: Your medical needs are too much—you're overwhelming everyone's schedule. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Philippians 4:19 - 'My God shall supply ALL your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.' Every medical need, every appointment, every test—God is SUPPLYING. He's not scrambling to keep up. His riches in glory cover EVERY need without exhaustion. Your needs don't deplete Him or make you too much. He's SUPPLYING according to HIS riches, not your family's limited capacity.

The medical appointments are constant—specialists, follow-ups, labs, procedures. He sees the juggling act his family does to coordinate his care. Their calendars revolve around his health.

THE BIBLICAL PRECEDENT Mark 5:25-34

She had an issue of blood for TWELVE YEARS, spent all her money on doctors, suffered under many physicians, grew worse instead of better. When she touched Jesus in a CROWD, He stopped everything to find her and call her DAUGHTER. Her overwhelming medical history didn't make her too much—it made her His priority.

I REFUSE the lie that my medical needs overwhelm anyone. IT IS WRITTEN that God supplies ALL my needs according to HIS riches in glory. Every appointment, every pill, every test—He's supplying the time, energy, and resources. IT IS WRITTEN that I am blessed in my going out and coming in—even to medical appointments. The BARAK blessing commands blessing on my storehouses—including my HEALTH and those who help me. I am not too much. I am SUPPLIED FOR. My needs are opportunities for His riches to show up. I am worth every appointment.
