"My fibromyalgia glorifies God by showing others His sustaining grace in suffering."
How it sounds in your head: If I accept this pain as part of my witness, maybe it has purpose. People see me suffer well and say my faith inspires them—maybe that's why God allows it. Perhaps healing would actually diminish my testimony.
"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."

She's received affirmation from others who admire her 'strength in suffering,' creating perverse incentive to stay sick. Church culture has taught her that pain endured patiently is more spiritual than health enjoyed gratefully.
Mephibosheth was crippled in both feet, living in Lo Debar (place of 'no pasture'), hiding in shame as grandson of Saul. King David sought him out FOR JONATHAN'S SAKE (covenant), restored ALL of Saul's land to him, gave him a permanent place at the king's table, and treated him as one of the king's sons—instant restoration from poverty and disability to royalty, not because of his merit but because of covenant.
I REFUSE the lie that my fibromyalgia glorifies God as a testimony of suffering well. IT IS WRITTEN that God's will is for me to prosper and be in HEALTH, just as my soul prospers. Jesus didn't leave anyone in chronic pain to inspire others—He delivered them and THAT became their testimony. My healing glorifies God, not my decorated disease. IT IS WRITTEN that He sent His word and healed them and delivered them from their destructions. I am in covenant through Christ's blood, and the BARAK blessing includes supernatural health that isn't earned by testimony performance. I receive complete freedom from pain NOW—my testimony will be of God's delivering power, not my endurance of what Jesus already carried.
Your Father isn't keeping you in pain so others can admire your endurance—He's running toward you with healing because He cannot stand to see His daughter hurt. While you're trying to make your suffering meaningful, He's already made your healing certain through Jesus, and He's celebrating the testimony you'll have of His goodness, not your pain tolerance.
