"My energy levels will never be what they were—fatigue is just part of growing up."
How it sounds in your head: I used to run around all day as a kid. Now I'm exhausted after school. Maybe this is adulthood creeping in. Everyone says being tired is normal. Should I just accept this?
"He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength."
-- Isaiah 40:29Enemy projection of adult burnout culture onto teenagers, stealing present vitality.
School stress, late nights on social media, hormonal shifts create real exhaustion. Culture normalizes exhaustion as maturity.
Elijah was suicidal, exhausted, wanted to die under a tree. One angelic meal gave him strength to travel 40 days without eating again—SUPERNATURAL energy replaced natural depletion instantly.
I REFUSE the lie that fatigue is my new normal. IT IS WRITTEN that God gives POWER to the weak and INCREASES strength to those with no might. My energy is not dependent on my circumstances, my sleep, or my age. IT IS WRITTEN in Psalm 29:11 that the Lord gives STRENGTH to His people. I am a branch connected to the Vine—His LIFE flows through me continually. The BARAK blessing commands VITALITY over my body. I am ENERGIZED by His Spirit, not limited by natural decline.
The Father sees you exhausted and doesn't lecture about sleep hygiene—He breathes His own energy INTO you like He did into Adam's nostrils. One touch from Him, and you run 40 days like Elijah.
