My grandchildren barely know me, my kids are struggling, and I'm at the finish line with regrets instead of legacy. Whatever God wanted to do through me, that window closed decades ago.

The calendar doesn't lie - children are grown, career is over, most of life's decisions are permanent. His kids' struggles feel like his failure, and time feels like it ran out before he got it right.
Abraham received the promised son at 100 years old - a full century of waiting, including decades of mistakes, lies, and taking matters into his own hands with Hagar. God didn't say 'too late' - He said 'NOW is the time' and made a baby from a body 'as good as dead.'
I REFUSE the lie that my past determines my legacy or that I'm too old for God's promises. IT IS WRITTEN that He restores the years the locust has eaten - not explains them, not excuses them, but RESTORES them. I am Abraham's seed, and the blessing on my family is covenant promise, not reward for perfect parenting. IT IS WRITTEN in Exodus 20:6 that He shows mercy to thousands of generations of those who love Him - my kids and grandkids are covered by that mercy RIGHT NOW. The BARAK blessing protected murderers and deceivers and still flowed to their children - how much more does Christ's blood cover my family? God is doing resurrection work in my lineage this moment.
The Father isn't keeping a record of your parenting mistakes or career missteps - He's running toward you with the robe and ring, declaring you righteous, and releasing blessing on your entire family tree because you're IN CHRIST. The prodigal's years in the pig pen didn't disqualify him from inheritance - your past doesn't disqualify your family from promises.
