"My energy levels should naturally drop now that I'm out of my teens."
How it sounds in your head: I'm so tired all the time now. I can't pull all-nighters like I could at 18. Everyone says you lose energy in your twenties and it never comes back.
"Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength."
-- Nehemiah 8:10Source: Enemy stealing vitality early to make her accept exhaustion as normal, world system normalizing chronic fatigue.
She IS tired—but from new stressors like work, bills, and adulting, not biological aging. Culture constantly reinforces 'tired twenties' memes, making exhaustion feel age-appropriate rather than addressable.
Moses was 120 years old when he died, yet Scripture explicitly states 'his eyes were not dim nor his natural vigor diminished.' He didn't gradually decline—he maintained FULL STRENGTH until the day God took him, then went up a mountain.
I REFUSE the lie that energy decline is normal at my age. IT IS WRITTEN that the joy of the Lord IS my strength—present tense, not past tense. My vitality comes from the Spirit of God who raised Jesus from the dead and dwells in me (Romans 8:11). I am under the BARAK blessing that commands strength on my life. IT IS WRITTEN that I shall run and not be weary, walk and not faint (Isaiah 40:31). My energy is COVENANT PROMISE, not biological limitation.
The Father sees you exhausted and doesn't say 'that's normal for your age'—He says 'Come to Me, all who are weary, and I will give you REST' (Matthew 11:28). He's running toward you with supernatural strength, immediate and free, not based on sleep schedules or vitamins.
