"My energy and strength will decrease as I get into my teenage years"
How it sounds in your head: My older sister is always tired. She says high school is exhausting. Adults are always talking about being too tired to do things. It seems like the older you get, the more exhausted you are. I guess I should expect that too.
"But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."
-- Isaiah 40:31Source: World rehearses exhaustion as maturity, denying the supernatural energy available in covenant.
Every teenager and adult around her complains about being tired constantly. Exhaustion seems to be the universal experience of growing up, making it appear inevitable.
Elijah was exhausted and suicidal under a tree. An angel gave him food and water ONCE, and he had supernatural strength to travel 40 DAYS AND NIGHTS without eating again—instant energy breakthrough.
I REFUSE the lie that aging means automatic exhaustion. IT IS WRITTEN: Those who wait on the Lord RENEW their strength—they run and are NOT weary, walk and do NOT faint. Exhaustion is a CURSE. Christ redeemed me from the curse. I am blessed in my coming in and going out. The joy of the Lord is my STRENGTH. IT IS WRITTEN: He gives power to the weak and to those who have no might He INCREASES strength. I am not running on my own energy—I'm a branch connected to the VINE. Supernatural strength flows through me automatically because I'm in HIM. My youth is renewed like the eagle's. The BARAK covers me—I have abundant LIFE.
The Father is running toward you with REVIVAL energy, not because you slept 8 hours or ate perfectly, but because He is your SOURCE. He's already given you the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead—that power lives IN YOU right now to energize your body.
