His kids don't attend church. Some have walked away from faith. He remembers fights, doubts he expressed, spiritual dryness they witnessed.
Lot pitched his tent toward Sodom, then MOVED into Sodom, the most wicked city on earth. His daughters married Sodomites. He got drunk and committed incest. TERRIBLE spiritual modeling. Yet 2 Peter 2:7 calls him 'righteous Lot' and God sent angels to SAVE him from judgment. His failure didn't disqualify God's mercy. Grace covered catastrophic spiritual leadership.
I REFUSE the lie that my imperfect faith has disqualified my children from God's pursuit. IT IS WRITTEN: Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved, you AND YOUR HOUSEHOLD. The Philippian jailer's entire household was saved at MIDNIGHT with zero spiritual modeling. My children's salvation is not dependent on my performance—it's dependent on the Holy Spirit's RELENTLESS LOVE. IT IS WRITTEN: God is not willing that any should perish but that ALL should come to repentance. I declare the hound of heaven is pursuing my children RIGHT NOW. My doubts didn't disqualify them. My failures didn't block them. The Father is RUNNING toward them with the robe, ring, and sandals. I die in FAITH, not fear.
The Father doesn't wait for you to be the perfect spiritual model before He moves on your children's hearts. He's already orchestrating divine appointments, supernatural encounters, dreams and visions—because HIS love for them is independent of your performance. He's a better Father than you ever were, and He's fathering them right now.
