"My body's failures prove I'm not enough for God to use."

How it sounds in your head: God uses strong people. Capable people. People who can DO things for Him. Look at me—I can barely do anything for myself. How could I possibly be useful to God? I'm benched, sidelined by this broken body.

2 Corinthians 12:9

"And He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me."

-- 2 Corinthians 12:9
Enemy whispers: God can't use broken vessels. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: 2 Corinthians 12:9 - 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My STRENGTH IS MADE PERFECT IN WEAKNESS.' God doesn't need your strength—He shows up MOST in your weakness. Moses had a speech impediment. Gideon was hiding. David was a shepherd boy. God SPECIALIZES in using what the world calls unusable. Your weakness is the PERFECT STAGE for His power.
Quick Truth: LIE: My weakness makes me useless. TRUTH: God's STRENGTH is made PERFECT in your weakness. (2 Cor 12:9)

Performance-based religion teaches usefulness to God requires capability and strength, making weakness feel like disqualification rather than God's specialty.

Why this feels true:

She's watched others serve, lead, minister while she's been confined and dependent. Every limitation feels like evidence she has nothing to offer the Kingdom.

Exodus 4:10-12
Moses

Had a speech impediment, said 'I am slow of speech and slow of tongue,' argued with God about his inability. God said 'Who has made man's mouth? Now therefore, GO, and I will be with your mouth.' Moses led Israel's exodus despite—or THROUGH—his limitation.

Speak this out loud

I REFUSE the lie that my weakness disqualifies me. IT IS WRITTEN that God's strength is made PERFECT in weakness, that His grace is SUFFICIENT for me. My limitations are the perfect stage for HIS power. IT IS WRITTEN that God chose the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty. Like Moses with his speech impediment who led a nation, I am EXACTLY who God chooses to use. The BARAK blessing rests on me: the Lord commands blessing on my storehouses, on ALL I set my hand to. My hand may be weak, but HIS hand is MIGHTY. I am a vessel of honor, prepared for the Master's use.

But God actually:

The Father doesn't need your strength—He has PLENTY of His own. Like Gideon hiding in the winepress called 'mighty warrior,' God sees POTENTIAL in your weakness that the world dismisses. The prodigal was MOST useful after his failure—his story brought JOY to heaven.
