"My body is falling apart and I can't do what I used to—I'm becoming a burden instead of a blessing."
How it sounds in your head: I can't keep up anymore. I need help with things I used to do easily. I see the look in their eyes when I slow them down. I'm going from being the helper to being the helpless one, and I hate it.

-- 2 Corinthians 12:9Source: Enemy's lie that your value is in your physical ability and that needing help equals being worthless.
Her knees hurt, she needs reading glasses, she can't lift grandchildren like she wants. Medical appointments dominate her calendar and she sees her mother's decline, knowing it's coming for her too.
Crippled in both feet, considered worthless and hidden away in Lo Debar (place of no pasture). David brought him to the king's table PERMANENTLY, not because of ability but because of COVENANT—he ate at the king's table for the rest of his life despite his disability.
I REFUSE the lie that my physical limitations make me a burden. IT IS WRITTEN that His strength is made PERFECT in my weakness, and His power rests on me. My value is not in my physical ability—it's in my POSITION as a daughter. IT IS WRITTEN in Isaiah 46:4 that even to my old age He will carry me. I am Abraham's seed, covered by the BARAK that protected even when they were weak. The Father didn't wait for Mephibosheth to walk—He carried him to the table and kept him there.
The Father isn't measuring your physical capacity—He's already assigned you a permanent seat at His table regardless of what your body can or can't do. He CARRIES you; you don't carry yourself.
