"I've wasted my best years in ministry and missed out on real life."
How it sounds in your head: While your college buddies built businesses and took vacations, you were in services and counseling sessions. They have retirement accounts and lake houses; you have sermon notes and church drama. You gave your prime years to something that didn't give back, and now it's too late to build the life you sacrificed.
"So Jesus answered and said, 'Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel's, who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life.'"
-- Mark 10:29-30The enemy twisted your service into loss and your obedience into waste, making you resent the altar you laid your life on instead of seeing it as seed in good ground.
Your friends' social media shows boats and trips while you're calculating if you can afford to fix the car. The comparison is stark, and at this age the window for building wealth or changing trajectory feels closed.
Job lost EVERYTHING—wealth, children, health—and his friends told him God was punishing him. When God restored him, He gave him TWICE what he had before. The latter years of Job were MORE BLESSED than his beginning, proving it's never too late for supernatural turnaround and harvest season.
I REFUSE the lie that I wasted my years in ministry. IT IS WRITTEN that whoever leaves anything for Jesus and the gospel receives a HUNDREDFOLD NOW IN THIS TIME—not just in heaven. My years were SEED, not waste, and the harvest is GUARANTEED. IT IS WRITTEN I shall reap if I don't lose heart, and I'm standing in expectation of supernatural return. The BARAK blessing means my latter years will be MORE BLESSED than my beginning, like Job's. God is the God of SUDDENLIES—He can give me in a moment what looks like it would take years to build. I receive my HUNDREDFOLD HARVEST right now.
Father sees seed planted in His kingdom, not years wasted in dead ground. He's preparing a harvest so abundant it makes up for every sacrifice with JOY—and He's about to bring it in faster than you can imagine.
