"I've given before and nothing changed; God didn't come through for me."
How it sounds in your head: I tried tithing faithfully for years and still ended up broke in old age. I believed the promises, but they didn't work for me. Maybe it works for some people, but not for me. I feel foolish for expecting anything.
"And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart."
-- Galatians 6:9Enemy uses delayed or unrecognized answers to create offense against God, cutting off future blessing.
He has decades of evidence—he DID give, he DID trust, and he STILL ended up struggling financially. The promises feel empty because his reality doesn't match them.
God promised Abraham a son when he was 75. He WAITED 25 years—through doubt, mistakes, Ishmael—before Isaac was born when Abraham was 100. The promise seemed impossible and delayed, but it CAME exactly as God said.
I REFUSE the lie that my seed failed—IT IS WRITTEN that I WILL reap in due season if I don't quit. Delay isn't denial. The BARAK blessing doesn't expire because I don't see immediate results. Abraham waited 25 YEARS for his promise; I will not let TIME steal my HARVEST. IT IS WRITTEN in Mark 11:24, 'Whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.' I call my harvest RELEASED now, in Jesus' name. Every seed I've sown is MULTIPLYING, and I will SEE the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
Your Father hasn't forgotten a single seed you've sown—every act of obedience is RECORDED and GROWING. Like the father who had the fattened calf READY before the prodigal even appeared on the horizon, your harvest has been PREPARED—it's time to RECEIVE.
