How it sounds in your head: I've rejected help, pushed people away when they tried to care, refused comfort. I've burned too many bridges. It's too late for me to be loved now.

She can remember specific moments when she rejected kindness or pushed people away out of fear or hurt, and now she believes she's used up her chances.
Jonah RAN from God's call, fled in direct disobedience, got thrown overboard, swallowed by a fish. God's response after Jonah's rebellion? 'Now the word of the LORD came to Jonah the SECOND TIME'—immediate recommissioning, no waiting period, fresh start.
I REFUSE the lie that I've pushed love away too many times! IT IS WRITTEN that His mercies are NEW every morning—they don't run out, don't get exhausted, don't expire. I have not used up my chances because grace isn't rationed. The BARAK blessing covered Israel even when they rebelled forty years—how much more am I covered in Christ? I am STILL loved, STILL invited, STILL welcomed with open arms!
The Father isn't standing with crossed arms saying 'too late.' He's running toward you AGAIN this morning, just like He did yesterday and will tomorrow, because His love doesn't fatigue and His grace doesn't have a limit.
