"I'm too much for people. My intensity drives everyone away."
How it sounds in your head: You see them step back when you share too enthusiastically. You catch yourself apologizing for caring too much, talking too loud, feeling too deeply. You've learned to dim yourself, but even your dimmed version seems like too much. Maybe you should just be quiet.

She broke a year's wages worth of perfume on Jesus' feet, let down her hair in public (scandalous), and the room reeked for days—completely over the top. Judas criticized her as wasteful and excessive, but Jesus defended her extravagance: 'Leave her alone... she has done a beautiful thing.'
I REFUSE the lie that my passion is a problem. IT IS WRITTEN: He brought me into a SPACIOUS place because He DELIGHTS in me. I am not too much—I am WONDERFULLY made. The BARAK blessing flows through my personality, not around it. The same God who defended MARY'S EXTRAVAGANCE defends mine. IT IS WRITTEN: He rejoices over me with SINGING. I don't shrink to fit smaller rooms—I'm a daughter of the King, and He's preparing spacious places and friendships that celebrate my fire. I am exactly the right amount.
The Father isn't cringing at your enthusiasm—He's SINGING over it. He's removing people who need you dimmed and bringing friends who love you at full brightness, no apologies required.
