"I'm terrified someone will ask me to do it again and I won't be able to replicate the success."
How it sounds in your head: That success was a one-time fluke. If they ask me to do it again, I'll fail and prove it was just luck. I'm scared to celebrate because the next attempt will expose that I can't actually do this consistently.
"Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."
-- Philippians 1:6Enemy future-threat designed to steal present joy and plant dread over repeat performance.
Her developing brain struggles with abstract permanence—she can't yet emotionally trust that today's competence transfers to tomorrow. Every success feels isolated, not part of a pattern.
Elijah called fire from heaven on Mount Carmel—massive public victory. Later, enemies mocked him demanding he do it again, and he did. TWICE MORE fire fell. God's power wasn't a one-time event; it was Elijah's consistent access because the same God showed up every time.
I REFUSE the lie that success was a fluke I can't repeat. IT IS WRITTEN He who began a good work in me will COMPLETE it. God doesn't do one-hit wonders. Like Elijah called fire from heaven multiple times because the same God showed up, I have consistent access to the same power. IT IS WRITTEN I am blessed in my coming in and going out—that's CONTINUOUS, not one-time. The BARAK doesn't expire after one win. I'm a branch abiding in the Vine—fruit is my NORMAL, not my fluke.
The Father isn't holding His breath hoping you can pull off another miracle—He's the ONE DOING THE WORK through you, and He doesn't have off days. Like Elijah had repeat access to the same fire, you have repeat access to the same Spirit, and He's not running out of breakthrough.
