Perhaps my sickness glorifies God more than my health would. Maybe I'm supposed to be a testimony of endurance, not healing. Who am I to demand God change His sovereign will?

I REFUSE the lie that God authored my sickness for His glory. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus healed ALL who were oppressed by the DEVIL—sickness is the devil's work, not my Father's will. God's will is revealed in Jesus, who NEVER made anyone sick to teach them or glorify Himself through their suffering. IT IS WRITTEN in 3 John 1:2, 'I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in HEALTH, just as your soul prospers.' That's God's will—HEALTH. I am Abraham's seed under the BARAK covenant blessing where God PROTECTED even when people sinned—He doesn't afflict His covenant children. Jesus destroyed the works of the devil at Calvary (1 John 3:8), and sickness IS a work of the devil. I REJECT this disease in Jesus' name. I am HEALED RIGHT NOW because THAT is my Father's will.
The Father didn't tell the bent-over woman, 'I've had you bound for 18 years to develop your character—stay sick for my glory.' He RAN to her (in Jesus) and called Satan's bondage exactly what it was—ENEMY OPPRESSION. He wants you FREE.
