"I need more training and experience before God can really use me."
How it sounds in your head: You don't know enough yet. You haven't been to Bible college or seminary. You need more classes, more years, more credentials before you're qualified.
"Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus."
-- Acts 4:13Religious lie creating educational barriers to divine assignment.
Church leaders all have degrees and titles. Youth pastors talk about 'one day when you're trained.' He feels ignorant compared to people who quote Greek and Hebrew.
Amos wasn't a prophet or a prophet's son—he was a shepherd and fruit picker. God called him ANYWAY and sent him to prophesy to an entire nation IMMEDIATELY, zero seminary required.
I REFUSE the lie that I need credentials before God can use me. IT IS WRITTEN that Peter and John were uneducated and untrained, yet they shook nations because they had been with Jesus. My qualification is RELATIONSHIP, not a resume. IT IS WRITTEN that God has chosen the foolish things to confound the wise, and I don't need man's approval to walk in divine assignment. The BARAK blessing has already commanded favor on my life. I am equipped by the Holy Spirit RIGHT NOW, not someday after more classes.
The Father isn't checking your transcript—He's checking your availability. He gave you assignments before you had a single credential, and He's backing those assignments with everything heaven has.
