"I must have unconfessed sin; that's why healing isn't happening"
How it sounds in your head: I've prayed for healing but nothing's changed. Maybe there's some sin I'm not seeing that's blocking it. Did I gossip last week? Was I judgmental? God must be waiting for me to get spiritually clean before He'll heal me.

James 5:16 says confess sins for healing. Her youth pastor said unconfessed sin blocks blessings. She's searching her heart desperately, finding new things to repent of daily, but still sick. The logic seems biblical.
Friends lowered him through the roof to Jesus. Jesus FIRST said, 'Son, your sins are forgiven' - declared righteous BEFORE healing manifested. Then 'Arise, take up your bed and walk' - IMMEDIATELY he arose and walked. Forgiveness came FIRST, by grace, then instant healing followed from that position.
I REFUSE the lie that hidden sin is blocking my healing or that I must achieve perfect confession before God moves. IT IS WRITTEN that the blood of Jesus cleanses me from ALL sin - not just confessed sin, but ALL. I am not hunting for hidden sins; I am hidden IN CHRIST, and His blood speaks BETTER THINGS than my imperfect memory. IT IS WRITTEN that there is NO condemnation to those in Christ Jesus - not 'less condemnation if you confess everything' but NONE. The Father isn't holding your healing hostage until you find that one sin you forgot. He's running toward you with the robe that declares 'RIGHTEOUS' over every imperfection, real or imagined. While you were making lists of possible sins, He was declaring 'NO CONDEMNATION' and preparing your healing party. The blood speaks louder than your memory.
