"I keep letting God down with the same struggles year after year."
How it sounds in your head: It's been decades and I'm still dealing with the same issues—same insecurities, same patterns, same sins. God must be so tired of me. I make promises to do better and then fail again. How many times can I disappoint Him before He gives up on me?
"Through the LORD's mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness."

You've been a believer for years and expected to be 'further along' by now. When you struggle with the same weaknesses at forty-five that you did at twenty-five, it feels like proof you're failing God.
Denied Jesus THREE times with curses, ran away in cowardice—Jesus didn't lecture him or put him on probation. He RESTORED him instantly, gave him the keys to build the church, and trusted him with the gospel despite knowing Peter would fail again.
I REFUSE the lie that I keep letting God down. IT IS WRITTEN that His compassions are NEW every morning—not depleted, not exhausted, not running thin. My Father doesn't keep a failure scorecard or measure His love by my consistency. IT IS WRITTEN in Hebrews 10:17 that He remembers my sins NO MORE—not 'tries to forget them,' but actively chooses to NOT REMEMBER. I am not on probation. I am not disappointing Him. I am covered in the blood of Jesus, which speaks BETTER things than my repeated struggles. The BARAK blessing doesn't lift when I stumble—it protected JACOB THE DECEIVER through multiple failures.
Your Father isn't counting your failures with growing frustration. Every morning He wakes up completely IN LOVE with you all over again—mercies fresh, compassion renewed, ready to run toward you the moment you turn His direction.
