"I have to slow down and play it safe with my health now."
How it sounds in your head: Every doctor's appointment brings new warnings. Your body isn't what it was. Friends are having heart attacks, strokes, cancer. You need to be realistic—live cautiously, avoid stress, manage decline. Adventure is for the young.
"Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's."
-- Psalm 103:5Source: enemy + medical system that manages symptoms instead of declaring healing, treats aging as disease instead of stewarding strength.
The pills keep multiplying. Things hurt that didn't used to. You can't do physically what you did at 30. Every news story seems to be about health scares in your age group. Insurance companies price you as high-risk.
Moses was 120 years old, his eyes were not dim, his natural vigor had not diminished, and he climbed a mountain the day he died. He didn't spend decades in managed decline—he walked in supernatural strength until his last breath.
I REFUSE the lie that decline is inevitable. IT IS WRITTEN that my youth is RENEWED like the eagle's—God gives fresh strength, not managed deterioration. My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and Christ IN me is greater than any diagnosis, any age-related expectation. IT IS WRITTEN that Moses at 120 had undimmed eyes and undiminished strength—supernatural vitality is my covenant right. I am REDEEMED from the curse of sickness. I walk in the BARAK blessing—health, strength, life abundant. My latter years are STRONGER, not weaker, because God's strength is made perfect.
The Father is running toward you with RENEWED strength, not a wheelchair. He sees you climbing mountains in this season, not retreating to a recliner. He paid for your healing 2000 years ago—it's already DONE.
