"Young people have all the energy and passion; you're just tired and worn out."
How it sounds in your head: I don't have the drive I used to. I'm exhausted by things that wouldn't have fazed me before. The young have fire; I'm just burned out. My passion is gone.
"But those who wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."
-- Isaiah 40:31World: Natural aging patterns elevated as spiritual reality, denying supernatural renewal promises.
He needs naps now, can't pull all-nighters anymore, enthusiasm for things has waned, and watching energetic young people makes him feel depleted by comparison. His body is legitimately tired.
Moses was 120 years old when he died, and Scripture specifically says 'his eyes were not dim nor his natural vigor diminished.' Supernatural strength sustained him through old age for his assignments.
I REFUSE the lie that I'm just tired and worn out. IT IS WRITTEN: those who wait on the Lord shall RENEW their strength. Renew. Not preserve declining strength—RENEW it. IT IS WRITTEN: I shall mount up with wings like eagles, run and not be weary, walk and not faint. My strength is NOT locked in natural aging. I walk in the BARAK blessing where Moses at 120 had undimmed eyes and undiminished vigor. Supernatural strength is my covenant right.
Father is ready to release SUPERNATURAL strength into your body RIGHT NOW—not struggling to maintain what's left but fresh, renewing strength that defies natural aging. He specializes in making the last chapter the strongest, not the weakest.
