"If I don't have a huge platform or following, my voice doesn't matter."
How it sounds in your head: You post something and get 12 likes. Influencers have millions. It feels like unless you go viral or have a huge following, nothing you say matters. Your voice is just noise in the algorithm.
"For who has despised the day of small things? For these seven rejoice to see the plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. They are the eyes of the LORD, which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth."
-- Zechariah 4:10Cultural lie rooted in social media metrics that equates influence with numbers instead of Kingdom impact.
Literally the only people who get heard are those with huge platforms. Your posts disappear. Nobody shares your stuff. It feels like you're shouting into a void unless you have followers.
One unnamed woman poured expensive perfume on Jesus in a private moment. The disciples criticized it as wasteful. But Jesus said 'Wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will be told'—and 2000+ years later, we're still talking about it.
I REFUSE the lie that I need a huge platform for my voice to matter. IT IS WRITTEN: Who has despised the day of small things? God doesn't measure impact by followers or likes. My obedience in the SMALL is seen by the eyes of the LORD scanning the whole earth. IT IS WRITTEN that wherever the gospel is preached, the woman's alabaster box moment is told. I am faithful with what's in my hand. The BARAK blessing isn't about numbers—it's about ANOINTING. One word from me in the right ear changes everything. I am blessed to be a blessing, whether to one or one million.
The Father isn't checking your analytics. He's celebrating your faithfulness to 12 people, running toward you with assignments that look small but shift nations, pouring anointing on your 'little' that makes it MUCH.
