"I have to earn the right to eat by exercising or being 'good enough'"

Food is not my enemy—it's God's provision, blessed and sanctified. IT IS WRITTEN that my body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, precious and cared for by the Father. I am BARAK BLESSED—the blessing of Abraham covers my provision without performance. I eat with JOY, not guilt. I receive nourishment as a GIFT, not a wage.
