"I have to choose sides between my parents or I'm being disloyal to the wronged one."

One parent keeps hinting they need your support. You feel guilty when you enjoy time with the other parent. Neutrality feels like betrayal.
Two women both claimed the same baby, demanding Solomon choose. True wisdom didn't DIVIDE the child - it revealed the heart that wanted the child to LIVE, even if it meant letting go. Real love doesn't demand division.
I REFUSE the lie that I must choose sides between my parents. IT IS WRITTEN that the peace of God must RULE in my heart. I am the CHILD, not the jury. IT IS WRITTEN that wisdom from above is peaceable. I can honor both parents without validating all their choices. Solomon's wisdom protected the child from division - I DECLARE God's wisdom protects me from false loyalty demands. I choose PEACE over sides. I choose LOVE over judgment. The barak blessing covers ALL my family relationships.
