"I experimented with astral projection and now part of my soul is lost"

How it sounds in your head: I followed YouTube videos trying to leave my body. Something shifted. I don't feel whole anymore - like part of me is missing or stuck somewhere else. People say you can lose your soul doing this and I think I did. I'm fragmented and can't get back what I lost.

Enemy whispers: You lost part of your soul in the astral realm and can't recover it. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Colossians 2:9-10 - You ARE COMPLETE in Him, who is the HEAD of all principality and power. Not becoming complete, not mostly complete - you ARE complete. In Him dwells ALL the fullness, and you are IN Him. Nothing is missing. No part of you is lost in some spiritual realm Jesus can't reach. You are WHOLE in Christ, and He is HEAD over every power that tried to fragment you.

Your Father isn't searching the astral plane trying to find missing pieces of you. He's declaring you COMPLETE in Christ - fully present, fully whole, fully His. The moment you came to Jesus, you became a NEW creation - not a repaired old one, but entirely NEW.
