"I don't need church because organized religion has caused most of the world's problems."

How it sounds in your head: Crusades. Slavery justified by Bible verses. Abuse covered up by church leaders. My history teacher showed us all the wars started by religion. Why would I want to be part of that system?

Enemy whispers: Religion has caused most problems, so avoid church. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Hebrews 10:24-25 - 'Let us not forsake the assembling of ourselves together.' The Father isn't asking you to defend corrupt systems—He's inviting you to FAMILY. Broken people twisted a beautiful thing, but that doesn't make the original design wrong. Cars cause accidents; we don't stop driving. The problem isn't gathering with believers; it's religion without relationship. Jesus opposed religious systems too—then invited people to genuine community.

The Father isn't asking you to defend the Crusades or pretend abuse didn't happen—He's asking you to let Him introduce you to your REAL family, the ones who will honor you, celebrate you, and fight FOR you not against you. He's already preparing a community that looks like HEAVEN not history's failures.
