Not Enough
"I don't have enough energy to do the things I used to love."

How it sounds in your head: You wake up tired. By afternoon you need a nap. The activities that used to energize you now exhaust you. You want to serve, travel, build, create—but your body says no. You feel like you're living in slow motion while the world rushes by. The fatigue is constant, and you wonder if this is just what the rest of life looks like: managing energy instead of living fully.

Isaiah 40:31

"But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."

-- Isaiah 40:31
Enemy whispers: You're too tired to live fully. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Isaiah 40:31—'Those who wait on the Lord shall RENEW their strength; they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.' Your energy source isn't your body—it's the One who NEVER grows weary. Jesus said, 'I have come that they may have life more ABUNDANTLY'—not at 30, but NOW. You're a BRANCH connected to the VINE. His life flows through you regardless of age.
Quick Truth: LIE: Not enough energy. TRUTH: Wait on Lord, renew strength; run not weary, walk not faint. Isaiah 40:31

Enemy deception equating physical energy depletion with spiritual disqualification and attacking abundant life promise through natural aging.

Why this feels true:

The exhaustion is measurable and undeniable. You can't push through it like you did at 40. Every activity requires calculation and rest periods. The gap between what you want to do and what you CAN do is widening daily.

1 Kings 19:4-8
Elijah

Elijah was so exhausted and depressed he asked to DIE—collapsed under a tree, completely depleted. An angel touched him ONCE with supernatural food, and he walked 40 DAYS AND 40 NIGHTS on the strength of that one meal—instant, supernatural energy that defied natural limitations.

Speak this out loud

I REFUSE the lie that physical fatigue limits God's abundant life in me. IT IS WRITTEN that those who wait on the Lord shall RENEW their strength—not maintain declining strength, but RENEW it. I mount up with wings like eagles; I run and am not weary. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus came to give me life more ABUNDANTLY, and that promise has no age restriction. I am a BRANCH abiding in Christ—His limitless life flows through me. The BARAK blessing includes being BLESSED in my body. My energy source is supernatural, not natural. I receive fresh strength for every assignment He gives me TODAY.

But God actually:

The Father isn't looking at your exhaustion thinking you're done being useful. He's the One who CARRIES you when you can't walk, who renews strength supernaturally, who gives energy that defies medical explanation. He's RUNNING toward you right now with fresh wind for your sails, not condemnation for your weariness.
