"I don't deserve an inheritance because I walked away from faith."
How it sounds in your head: You had truth and you rejected it. You walked away, partied, slept around, mocked what you were raised with. Now you're coming back? You think you still get the inheritance after all that? You should be grateful to be let back in at all, much less receive anything.
"For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable."

She actually did walk away—stopped going to church, lived opposite of what she was taught, said things she regrets. The guilt is real and heavy.
He denied Jesus THREE TIMES—cursing, swearing he never knew Him, abandoning Him at the cross. Days later, Jesus didn't demote him or put him on probation. He RESTORED him fully and said 'Feed my sheep'—giving him the ministry anyway.
I REFUSE the lie that my past rebellion disqualifies me from present inheritance. IT IS WRITTEN that God's gifts and calling are IRREVOCABLE—not earned, not forfeited, IRREVOCABLE. My Father ran toward the prodigal while he still smelled like rebellion, and He's running toward me. I am righteous by GIFT, not by track record. IT IS WRITTEN there is NO condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. My inheritance is based on His faithfulness, not mine. I receive the ring of authority, the robe of righteousness, and the party of celebration RIGHT NOW.
Your Father didn't mark 'forfeited' on your inheritance when you walked away—He kept it safe and kept watching the road for your return. The moment you turned toward home, He started running with everything prepared.
