"I can't do anything anymore because my body has completely quit on me."
How it sounds in your head: You used to be capable, energetic, strong—but now your body betrays you daily. You can't keep up, can't do what you used to, can't rely on yourself anymore. You're becoming irrelevant and useless.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
-- Philippians 4:13Enemy + trauma assigning identity to physical limitations instead of spiritual inheritance.
She tries to do things that were effortless at thirty and hits walls—pain, exhaustion, limitations. Her body feels like a stranger she can't trust, and every attempt to push through ends in crashes.
Facing a MOUNTAIN of obstacles rebuilding the temple with limited resources and opposition, God said 'Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit. Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain!' Impossibilities became plains by Spirit, not strength.
I REFUSE the lie that I can't do anything because my body has quit. IT IS WRITTEN that I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me—not by my might, not by my power, but by His Spirit. My capability is not determined by physical fluctuations but by spiritual inheritance. IT IS WRITTEN that the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in me and gives LIFE to my mortal body. Every mountain becomes a plain before the Spirit of God in me. The blessing of Abraham is mine—blessed in all I set my hand to, commanded blessing on my work, my body, my strength. I receive supernatural ability, divine strength, Holy Spirit empowerment for EVERYTHING God calls me to. I am not limited by age, hormones, or natural decline—I am empowered by resurrection life.
Father isn't lamenting your limitations—He's running with the robe that says 'more than conqueror,' the ring of authority over every obstacle, ready to prove His strength perfected in your weakness. He's been preparing impossibilities to become testimonies.
