"God is disappointed I'm not walking in purpose or making a difference yet."
How it sounds in your head: Everyone my age seems to know their calling and is changing the world. I'm just existing, going through the motions. God must be so disappointed I'm not doing something significant for Him.
"To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven."

Social media amplifies others' highlight reels of ministry and purpose, making her normal teenage life feel spiritually insignificant. The absence of a 'calling' feels like evidence of God's disappointment with her ordinariness.
Jesus did carpentry for 18 YEARS before ministry started. No miracles, no platform, no 'impact'—just ordinary work in a small town. God wasn't disappointed in those hidden years—they were ORDAINED. The King of Glory hammered nails in obscurity and it was PERFECT timing.
I REFUSE the lie that lack of visible purpose disappoints God. IT IS WRITTEN there is a SEASON for everything, and this is my season of BECOMING. My Father isn't measuring my worth by my impact—even JESUS was ordinary for 18 years. IT IS WRITTEN that I am His WORKMANSHIP, created in Christ for good works He PREPARED beforehand. The preparation IS the purpose right now. I am covered by the BARAK blessing that prospered Joseph in PRISON before the platform. My significance comes from being His DAUGHTER, not from doing spectacular things. I am His BELOVED, hidden season and all.
Your Father sees you in the ordinary and He's not disappointed—He's running toward you celebrating the daughter you ARE, not waiting for the ministry you'll DO. He's already thrown the party because your EXISTENCE delights Him.
