"God gives babies to everyone else, even bad people, so He must not trust me with children."
How it sounds in your head: You see girls who don't even want babies get pregnant. You see abusive families have kids. You see people who'd be terrible parents conceive easily. If God gives them babies but not you, it means He doesn't trust you. You're not good enough.
"He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust."
-- Matthew 5:45Enemy—comparison lie that makes blessing seem arbitrary or merit-based rather than covenant-based.
She sees news stories of child abuse, sees classmates complain about younger siblings, sees people who seem 'undeserving' get pregnant. If bad people get babies and she doesn't, the only conclusion is she's worse or less trusted. It feels like punishment disguised as protection.
She was barren with no explanation of sin or unworthiness—Scripture simply says 'the LORD had closed her womb.' Then an angel appeared and said 'you shall conceive'—instant reversal, no proving period. She bore Samson, a deliverer.
I REFUSE the lie that God withholds babies because He doesn't trust me while giving them to 'worse' people. IT IS WRITTEN: Matthew 5:45 - God's blessing falls on the just AND unjust because it's based on His NATURE, not human merit. The barak blessing covered liars, deceivers, and murderers—not because they earned it, but because of COVENANT. IT IS WRITTEN: Galatians 3:29 - I am Abraham's seed, an HEIR by PROMISE. My womb is blessed because I'm IN CHRIST, not because I'm 'good enough.' Samson's mother was barren with no explanation—then an angel said 'you shall conceive.' My womb is opening by DECREE, not by proving I'm trustworthy.
Father doesn't operate a merit-based baby distribution system. He's the Father who blessed Abraham's seed even when Abraham LIED TWICE. He's not comparing you to others and finding you lacking—He's looking at the CROSS and saying, 'She's covered. Her womb is MINE to bless.'
