"God gave me a business dream then let it fail, so I can't trust Him."
How it sounds in your head: I prayed about this business. I felt peace. I thought it was from God. Then it collapsed. Either I heard wrong or God led me into failure on purpose. How do I trust what I hear from Him now? Maybe that still small voice was just me.
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope."
-- Jeremiah 29:11Enemy: Creates distrust of God's voice by blaming Him for business failure, disconnecting daughter from the guidance she needs most.
There genuinely was prayer, peace, and what felt like confirmation before the business started, making the failure feel like divine betrayal.
God gave Joseph dreams of leadership at 17, then he was betrayed by brothers, sold into slavery, falsely accused of rape by Potiphar's wife, imprisoned for years. 13 years after the dream, he became Prime Minister of Egypt and told his brothers 'You meant it for evil but God meant it for good.'
I REFUSE the lie that God betrayed me by allowing my business to fail. IT IS WRITTEN His thoughts toward me are peace and not evil, to give me a future and a hope. Joseph had God-given dreams then endured 13 years of setbacks before promotion. What looks like failure is SETUP. IT IS WRITTEN all things work together for good to those who love God. The enemy meant this for evil but God means it for good. I still hear His voice. The BARAK blessing doesn't fail even when businesses do. My FUTURE is intact.
The Father didn't trick you with a dream then pull the rug out—He's writing a longer story than one business chapter. What the enemy meant to destroy your faith, God is using to deepen it. He's not done with your dream; He's developing YOU for a bigger version of it.
