IT IS WRITTEN that cheerful giving AND actual commitment both matter - Ananias died for lying about the amount. I give 10% with pure heart, radical trust, and expectation of breakthrough. I declare Proverbs 3:9-10 - I honor the Lord with my possessions and firstfruits, and my barns are filled with PLENTY. My heart is right AND my obedience is complete. I am supernaturally provided for and financially blessed NOW.
The Father isn't asking you to choose between heart and amount - He's running toward you celebrating both your cheerful attitude and your full obedience, ready to open windows of Heaven over the 10% you release in trust, not the percentage you withhold in fear. He wants your whole heart giving your whole tithe.
