"Everything is falling apart and God isn't doing anything about it."
How it sounds in your head: If God is in control, why does the world feel so chaotic? Wars, inflation, corruption—where is He? Maybe He's abandoned this generation. Maybe we're living in judgment and He's letting it all burn.
"God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea."
-- Psalm 46:1-2Source: Enemy using circumstances to question God's presence and character, same lie from the garden—'Did God really say?'
You see injustice winning, good people suffering, systems crumbling. If God is good and powerful, why does evil seem to be winning? The silence feels like absence.
Thrown into a furnace so hot it killed the soldiers, certain death by any measure. But the king saw FOUR in the fire—God joined them in the flames—and they walked out without even the smell of smoke on them.
I REFUSE the lie that God has abandoned this world or this generation. IT IS WRITTEN that God is a VERY PRESENT help in trouble, even if the earth itself is removed. He isn't wringing His hands—He's IN the fire with me. IT IS WRITTEN in Hebrews 13:5 that He will NEVER leave me nor forsake me. The same God who walked into the furnace with three Hebrew boys walks with me now. Chaos doesn't mean absence. I am held, protected, and the BARAK blessing surrounds me even in shaking.
The Father didn't step back when the world got messy—He stepped INTO it at the cross. He's not watching from a distance; He's running toward you in the middle of the storm, whispering 'I'm here, I've always been here.'
