"All these contradictions and unanswered questions mean Christianity can't be true."
How it sounds in your head: You've read too much. Seen too many debates. The apologetics don't hold up under scrutiny. Smart people don't believe this stuff anymore. You've outgrown the simplistic faith of your childhood.
"In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge."
-- Colossians 2:3Enemy exploiting intellectual pride and fear of looking foolish; world system presenting skepticism as sophistication.
You're exposed to counter-arguments your youth pastor never mentioned, and the pat answers from church feel shallow now. Every podcast and article seems to dismantle another piece of what you believed.
Thomas refused to believe unless he saw physical proof, declaring he'd only believe if he touched Jesus' wounds. Jesus appeared specifically FOR Thomas, invited him to touch the scars, and called him blessed—doubt didn't disqualify him from encountering the risen Christ.
I REFUSE the lie that questions equal failure. IT IS WRITTEN that in Christ are hidden ALL treasures of wisdom and knowledge—my questions are the doorway, not the disqualification. I am not losing my faith; I am wrestling like Jacob, and the blessing comes TO those who won't let go. The BARAK blessing over my life doesn't require perfect theology—it protected liars and deceivers, and it covers me in the wrestle. IT IS WRITTEN that God invites me to reason together, and my doubts are the setup for Him to show up like He did for Thomas. I declare: greater revelation is coming, not because I earned it, but because He loves the honest seeker.
The Father isn't threatened by your questions—He's running toward you IN them, the same way Jesus ran to Thomas and said, 'Put your hand here.' The deconstruction isn't the end; it's the clearing of religious debris so you can see His face without the filters.
