You literally can't leave—you have no income, no legal rights, no car, nowhere to go. The law says you're stuck until 18, and even then, how would you survive? Adults acknowledge it's bad but shrug with 'just survive until you can leave' like that's not asking you to endure years of damage.
Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers as a teenager and ended up imprisoned for years for something he didn't do—completely powerless, legally trapped, no way out. But 'the Lord was with Joseph' and showed him mercy even IN the prison, and eventually elevated him to second in command of Egypt. God moved him from pit to prison to PALACE while he was still young.
I REFUSE the lie that I'm trapped in toxic patterns until I'm old enough to escape. IT IS WRITTEN that even the captives of the mighty shall be delivered and God Himself will contend with those who contend with me. I am NOT stuck until I age out—God is moving on my behalf RIGHT NOW. IT IS WRITTEN that Joseph was powerless, imprisoned, and young—yet God was WITH him in the prison and eventually ELEVATED him. The same God who delivered him delivers me. I may not control my legal status or financial situation, but I serve the God who OPENS PRISON DOORS and makes ways where there are no ways. The BARAK blessing is on me by covenant, which means even in toxic systems, God's favor PROTECTS and PROVIDES. I am not a victim of my circumstances—I am a child of the Most High God, and He is fighting FOR me, moving circumstances FOR me, making a way for me RIGHT NOW. Breakthrough doesn't wait for my birthday—it responds to HIS NATURE.
The Father sees you trapped in that house, that dysfunction, that system—and He's not shrugging with 'just a few more years.' He's the God who delivered SLAVES who had zero legal rights, who opened prison doors for those who couldn't free themselves, who makes a way when every natural way is blocked. He's moving even now in ways you can't see yet, and He will get you OUT because His kids don't stay in captivity.
