"Your generation is outdated. The church needs fresh, young voices, not old wisdom."
How it sounds in your head: You see younger guys leading worship, preaching at youth events, getting all the opportunities. You feel like yesterday's news. Like your season is over before it really started. The world celebrates youth and innovation—maybe God does too.
"And it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out My Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions."
-- Joel 2:28Source: World system that worships youth and dismisses generational blessing, combined with enemy whispering obsolescence.
Every ad, every platform, every influencer is young. Your parents' advice feels irrelevant, so maybe you will be too someday. The culture screams that relevance expires at 30.
Caleb was 85 years old and declared, 'I am as strong today as I was forty years ago—now give me this mountain!' He took the most difficult territory and conquered it. Age didn't diminish his anointing—it INTENSIFIED his boldness.
I REFUSE the lie that any generation is disposable or outdated. IT IS WRITTEN that God pours out His Spirit on ALL flesh—young AND old, each with unique assignments. I am not competing for relevance; I AM ETERNALLY SIGNIFICANT because I am in Christ. My generation carries specific keys the Kingdom needs NOW. IT IS WRITTEN that the blessing of Abraham is mine—and that blessing doesn't expire with age. I walk in the BARAK that protected liars, deceivers, and failures, now perfected in Christ's blood. I am the head and not the tail, above only and not beneath, in every season of life.
The Father isn't retiring you at 30 or 50 or 80—He's PROMOTING you through every season with fresh assignments. He's running toward you NOW with dreams for today AND visions for decades you haven't lived yet, because His calling is IRREVOCABLE.
