"You need to completely understand why they did it before you can move forward."
How it sounds in your head: I keep replaying it trying to make sense of it. If I can just understand the why, maybe I can process it. I need answers. I need them to explain it in a way that makes sense. Without that, I'm stuck.
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths."
-- Proverbs 3:5-6Enemy—creates a false prerequisite for healing, keeping you trapped in endless analysis that never satisfies.
Your brain craves narrative closure, and it feels impossible to release something you can't intellectually resolve—understanding feels like the key to moving on.
Job demanded answers for 40 chapters—why did God allow his suffering when he'd done nothing wrong? God's response was essentially, 'Where were you when I created everything?' Job never got the explanation he wanted, but encountered God and was restored double everything instantly.
I REFUSE the lie that I need to understand before I can heal. IT IS WRITTEN to trust God with all my heart and lean NOT on my own understanding—healing is a gift, not a solved equation. Their reasons don't hold my freedom hostage. IT IS WRITTEN that God works ALL things together for good—even things that make no sense. I release the demand for answers. I am under the BARAK blessing like Job—double restoration doesn't wait for explanations. God is directing my path forward right now, whether I understand the past or not. I am free to move forward without closure because HE is my closure.
The Father isn't withholding healing until you crack the code—He's offering to carry the mystery so you don't have to. While you're stuck demanding explanations, He's ready to move you into a future so good you'll stop caring why the past happened.
