"Wisdom isn't valued anymore; only innovation and youth matter now."
How it sounds in your head: The world worships 18-year-old tech founders and viral influencers. Experience is seen as 'stuck in old ways.' Companies want young, cheap, digital-native workers. Gray hair in Silicon Valley is a death sentence. Success is a young person's game now.
"Wisdom is with aged men, and with length of days, understanding."
-- Job 12:12World's youth-idolatry culture + enemy's strategy to devalue the very wisdom that would expose his schemes.
Tech billionaires are college dropouts in their 20s. Social media stars are teenagers. Job listings say 'digital native required.' The most influential voices online are young. Even churches obsess over attracting 'young families.'
Caleb was 85 years old when he said 'Give me this mountain'—demanding the hardest territory, the giant-infested highlands, declaring 'I am as strong today as I was at 40.' He took the mountain and drove out giants while younger men watched in fear.
I REFUSE the lie that wisdom is obsolete or that age diminishes value in God's economy. IT IS WRITTEN that wisdom is with aged men and understanding with length of days—what the world discards, Heaven crowns. The BARAK blessing on my life doesn't expire at 30 or 60 or 90—it COMPOUNDS. IT IS WRITTEN that the righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will still bear fruit in old age, fresh and flourishing. I honor the wisdom of those who've walked with God for decades, knowing their tested faith is gold that trials have refined. Youth gives energy; age gives DIRECTION.
The Father hasn't abandoned the faithful who've served Him for decades—He's preparing them for their GREATEST exploits, like Caleb taking mountains at 85. While culture trades them in for younger models, God is saying 'NOW you're ready for what I've been preparing.'
