"Why bring new life or projects into the world when everything is about to burn"
How it sounds in your head: Starting a new business, having a baby, launching a ministry—it all feels like rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic. Why create when it's all going to be destroyed? I should just maintain what I have and prepare for the end.
"Then God blessed them, and God said to them, 'Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.'"
-- Genesis 1:28Source: Defeated eschatology that makes believers retreat instead of create, contradicting the dominion mandate to be fruitful and multiply.
Prophetic doom-preaching and cultural decline make creating feel foolish or naive, like ignoring obvious danger to pursue pointless projects.
Right AFTER the flood—after the entire world burned (drowned)—God's FIRST command to Noah was 'Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth.' God didn't say 'recover' or 'survive'—He said MULTIPLY. Even after total destruction, the mandate was CREATION, not fear.
I REFUSE the lie that the end times cancel the creation mandate. IT IS WRITTEN that I am to be fruitful and multiply, to fill the earth and take dominion—that command has never been revoked. I am Noah-anointed to CREATE after destruction, to build in the chaos, to multiply in the darkness. IT IS WRITTEN that my seed is blessed, my projects are blessed, my creativity is blessed. The BARAK blessing makes me fruitful in EVERY season, even—ESPECIALLY—this one. I create because I am made in the image of the Creator.
Your Father isn't asking you to stop creating—He's the Creator, and He made you in His image to CREATE with Him. Like the Father who didn't wait for the prodigal to clean up before celebrating, He's not waiting for the world to stabilize before releasing you to build; He's releasing you NOW.
