"This disease is stronger than God's willingness to heal me."
How it sounds in your head: Maybe God CAN heal, but this is cancer. This is different. People pray for cancer patients all the time and they still die. Maybe this one is just too big. Maybe I'm not important enough for a miracle.
"Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?"
-- Jeremiah 32:27Source: Religion teaching that some diseases are beyond God's reach or will.
He's seen prayer warriors in church get sicker and die despite all the prayers. If God didn't heal THEM, why would He heal a kid like him?
The Shunammite woman's son wasn't just sick—he was DEAD. No heartbeat, no breath, cold body. Elisha stretched himself on the dead child, and the body grew warm, the boy sneezed seven times, and opened his eyes. Death itself reversed in minutes.
I REFUSE the lie that any disease is too strong for my God. IT IS WRITTEN: 'Is anything too hard for Me?' The answer is NO. Cancer is not God's equal. My diagnosis is not my destiny. Jesus didn't die on a cross and rise from a grave so that tumors could have the last word over my body. Every cell in me was spoken into existence by the same voice that raises the dead. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus bore my sicknesses and carried my diseases at Calvary—past tense, FINISHED. I am not fighting FOR healing; I'm fighting FROM healing already purchased. The BARAK blessing is mine by covenant, not by deserving.
Your Father isn't comparing your disease to His power and wondering if He can manage it. He's already decided—healing is yours because you're His. He's not waiting for the disease to get smaller; He's waiting for you to see how big HE is.
