THE LIE End Times Fear

"The world is collapsing so why invest in anything or build a future—just survive until the rapture"

How it sounds in your head: Everything feels darker—politics, economy, wars. My kids are inheriting chaos. Maybe I should just bunker down, stop dreaming, stop building. Why plant a garden if the world's ending? Why start that business, write that book, invest in relationships? Just keep your head down and wait for Jesus.

IT IS WRITTEN Jeremiah 29:5-7

"Build houses and dwell in them; plant gardens and eat their fruit. Take wives and beget sons and daughters; and take wives for your sons and give your daughters to husbands, so that they may bear sons and daughters—that you may be increased there, and not diminished. And seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to the Lord for it; for in its peace you will have peace."

Enemy whispers: The world is ending, stop building, just survive. BUT IT IS WRITTEN: Jeremiah 29:5-7—God told exiles in BABYLON (literal enemy territory) to BUILD HOUSES, PLANT GARDENS, have children, INCREASE not diminish, and seek the city's PEACE. If God commanded fruitfulness in Babylon, how much more now under the New Covenant? You are not in survival mode—you are in INCREASE mode. Build. Plant. Multiply.

Quick Truth: LIE: World's ending, stop building. TRUTH: God told exiles in enemy territory to build, plant, increase (Jer 29:5-7). You are a builder, not a survivor.

Noah built an ark for 120 YEARS while the world mocked, then God destroyed everything except what Noah built. After the flood, God's first command was BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY—immediate pivot from judgment to blessing and future.

I REFUSE the lie that the world is ending so I should stop building. IT IS WRITTEN that even in Babylon, God's people were commanded to build houses, plant gardens, and INCREASE. My God does not create survivors—He creates WORLD-CHANGERS. IT IS WRITTEN that I am the head and not the tail, above and not beneath, and that includes THIS era, THIS economy, THIS generation. I am Abraham's seed by covenant, and the BARAK blessing rests on me whether the stock market soars or crashes. I plant. I build. I invest. I create LEGACY.
