"The spiritual battle is too intense and I don't have what it takes to keep fighting."
How it sounds in your head: I'm so tired of fighting. Every day feels like a battle—with my thoughts, my fears, trying to be good enough. I don't think I can keep this up. Maybe I should just give up because I'm never going to be strong enough.
"The LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace."

She's been taught the Christian life is a constant fight she must maintain through her effort. The exhaustion from trying proves she's losing and doesn't have what it takes.
Three armies surrounded Judah—impossible odds, certain death. God said, 'The battle is not yours but God's. You will not need to fight; position yourselves, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD.' They worshiped, and their enemies destroyed each other—they didn't fight at all.
I REFUSE the lie that I must keep fighting in my own strength. IT IS WRITTEN that the LORD will fight FOR me and I shall hold my peace. I am not the warrior; I am the BRANCH abiding in the Warrior Vine. My job is not to fight but to REST in His finished victory. IT IS WRITTEN that the battle is not mine but God's. I don't need to be strong enough—He is strong enough, and He lives in me. The BARAK blessing means I am defended by covenant, not by my combat skills. I STAND STILL and watch the salvation of the LORD.
The Father doesn't see you as a soldier He's disappointed in for getting tired—He sees you as a DAUGHTER He invites to rest while He handles the battle. Like the prodigal's father didn't hand him a sword to defend the house but a robe to enjoy the party, your Father invites you to feast, not fight.
