"Spiritual warfare is dangerous and I might open doors or make things worse."
How it sounds in your head: What if I say the wrong thing and invite more attacks? I've heard stories of people engaging in spiritual warfare and things got worse. Maybe it's safer to just stay quiet and not provoke the enemy. I'm afraid of doing it wrong.

You've heard horror stories about spiritual warfare gone wrong. The unknown feels scarier than the known suffering. You'd rather endure familiar oppression than risk making it worse by speaking up.

I REFUSE the lie that spiritual warfare is dangerous for me. IT IS WRITTEN that greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. I cannot 'open doors' that Jesus' blood has sealed shut. My authority in Christ makes me dangerous to darkness, not vulnerable to it.
The Father isn't leaving you exposed to danger when you speak His name. He's covering you with blood that makes you untouchable—you're inside the Ark while the flood rages outside.
