"Satan has more influence over my circumstances than God does right now"
How it sounds in your head: I know God is sovereign in theory, but looking at my actual life, it seems like the devil is calling the shots. Every door closes, every opportunity falls through, every relationship crumbles. If God were really in control, wouldn't things be different? It feels like I'm in the enemy's territory, not God's kingdom.
"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world."
-- 1 John 4:4Enemy tactic to magnify circumstances and minimize the cross, making you judge by sight instead of faith.
When negative patterns repeat despite prayer, the visible enemy activity seems more real than invisible divine sovereignty. Your late twenties chaos feels like proof of demonic control.
Satan destroyed Job's wealth, children, and health—it looked like total demonic victory. But God gave Job TWICE as much as he had before, blessed his latter days MORE than his beginning, and Job lived 140 more years to see four generations—complete, instant restoration and multiplication.
I REFUSE the lie that Satan has more influence than God in my life. IT IS WRITTEN that greater is He who is in me than he who is in the world. I am seated with Christ far ABOVE all demonic power and authority. No devil can override what God has decreed over me. IT IS WRITTEN that all things work together for good to those who love God. The BARAK blessing of Abraham is on my life, and just as God plagued Pharaoh to protect Abraham the liar, God defends me even when I'm imperfect. I am untouchable by the enemy's schemes.
Your Father is laughing at the enemy's threats, saying 'My child thinks circumstances determine reality, but My WORD determines reality.' He's not wringing His hands over your situation—He's preparing your DOUBLE PORTION while you're still smelling like the pig pen.
