"Other people get miracles but God probably won't do it for me"
How it sounds in your head: I see the testimonies—other people healed, cancer gone, tumors dissolved. That's great for them. But I'm not special enough. God has favorites and I'm not in that category.
"Then Peter opened his mouth and said: 'In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality.'"
-- Acts 10:34Enemy plants 'not chosen' wound that makes you an exception to covenant promises
He's watched others receive while he's still waiting. His childhood wounds of being overlooked combine with seeing answered prayers for others but not himself—maybe he's simply not one of the chosen ones.
He was a blind BEGGAR—lowest social status, no connections, nothing special. The crowd told him to shut up. But he cried out louder, Jesus stopped, called him over, and IMMEDIATELY he received his sight—because Jesus responds to need, not status.
I REFUSE the lie that I'm the exception to God's healing covenant. IT IS WRITTEN that God shows NO partiality—He doesn't heal based on favorites but on FAITH in His nature. Jesus healed ALL who were sick, not just impressive ones. IT IS WRITTEN that WHOEVER believes shall not perish—'whoever' includes ME. I'm Abraham's seed, heir according to PROMISE, and the BARAK doesn't skip family members. Blind Bartimaeus was a nobody beggar and got instant sight—I'm a son and healing is my inheritance.
Your Father sees you standing outside the party like the older brother, convinced you're not invited to the celebration. He's coming outside to you saying 'ALL that I have is yours'—you're not hoping to be chosen, you ARE chosen, and healing isn't for special people, it's for FAMILY.
