"My years of hypocrisy as a Christian leader disqualified me from God's blessing permanently."
How it sounds in your head: You led Bible studies while watching porn. You counseled people while living a lie. You're not just a sinner—you're a HYPOCRITE, the one thing Jesus condemned most. That's different. That's worse. God can't use you now.
"This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life."

You represented Christ publicly while failing privately for years, and the weight of that duplicity feels categorically different than 'normal' sin. The gap between who people thought you were and who you actually were seems too wide for grace to bridge.
Peter was a ministry leader who publicly denied Jesus three times with cursing after three years of walking with Him. Jesus didn't put him through a restoration program or probation period—He made him breakfast, asked three questions, and INSTANTLY recommissioned him to feed His sheep.
I REFUSE the lie that my hypocrisy created a sin category beyond the cross. IT IS WRITTEN that Jesus came to save sinners, of whom Paul called himself CHIEF. My public failure doesn't diminish the power of His blood. The BARAK blessing protected Jacob even through deception of his blind father—my covenant is BETTER, sealed in Jesus' blood. IT IS WRITTEN: He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse from ALL unrighteousness—not 'all except leadership hypocrisy.' Peter denied Jesus and got breakfast and restoration. I receive the same immediate grace.
While you're cataloging the gap between your public persona and private failures, the Father is holding the robe, ring, and sandals—symbols that your IDENTITY was never based on your performance. He's been waiting to restore you to full sonship, not servant status, the entire time you've been rehearsing your disqualification speech.
