"My mental health struggles mean I'm too broken to be used powerfully"
How it sounds in your head: The worship leaders and conference speakers all seem so put-together, like they wake up with joy and never battle the darkness. I can barely get out of bed some days. How can God use someone who needs therapy and medication just to function? Powerful ministry is for the mentally stable.
"And He said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.' Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me."

You've watched women share stages about their healed depression while you're still adjusting your meds, and the unspoken message is clear: once you're fixed, then you're usable. Your anxiety attacks feel like proof that your faith isn't strong enough for God to entrust you with anything significant.
Elijah called down fire from heaven, destroyed 450 prophets of Baal, then immediately spiraled into suicidal depression, hiding in a cave and begging God to let him die. God didn't rebuke him or bench him—He fed him, let him rest, and gave him his NEXT ASSIGNMENT while he was still emotionally fragile.
I REFUSE the lie that my mental health struggles disqualify me from powerful use. IT IS WRITTEN that God's strength is made PERFECT in my weakness—He doesn't need me mentally stable to move powerfully THROUGH me. The enemy wants me to believe I'm too broken, but God specializes in using cracked vessels so the LIGHT shines through the cracks. IT IS WRITTEN in Psalm 34:18 that the LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit—my brokenness doesn't distance me from Him, it positions me CLOSER. I am blessed with the BARAK of Abraham, a blessing that isn't based on my mental health but on my COVENANT position. My medication doesn't disqualify me; my weakness is the stage for His glory.
The Father isn't waiting for you to 'get better' to use you—He's already using your battle to equip you for the people who need someone who GETS IT. Your therapist appointments and morning meds don't intimidate Him; they're part of the testimony He's writing through you RIGHT NOW.
